Arrive on time
It is very important to arrive at The Studio Tour Park and Shuttle at least 15 minutes before the time listed on your ticket. This is so that you have ample time to make your shuttle and subsequent tour slot.
Tickets & Security
We will need to scan your admission tickets upon arrival. You can print your tickets from home or present direct from your mobile device. For our visitors’ safety, we carry out security checks upon entering the venue which include metal detection scanning and bag checks.
Our Visitor Services information desk is situated in the Studio tour Lobby. Our team can assist with information about travel; accessibility requirements, cloak room and storage facilities as well as Tour upgrades such as the Game of Thrones Studio Tour digital guide.
You can also visit Lobby Café before entering the Tour.
The official Game of Thrones Studio Tour Restaurant can be accessed at any time during the Tour itself. Tours start every 20 mins.
Cloakrooms & Lockers
To ensure you are comfortable throughout your visit, coats and cloaks can be left at the Cloakroom. Bags and other personal belongings can also be stored securely in lockers at this location.
