Starting in the desolate North, your journey will take you behind the scenes of the making of Game of Thrones as you travel South towards warmer lands. Throughout your epic journey, you will experience incredible authentic sets and costumes, as well as jaw dropping visual effects and immersive interactive experiences, all which combine to bring the twists and tales of Westeros to life.

Game of Thrones Studio Tour is a self-guided experience, allowing you to shape your own visit. Studio Tour guests can choose their own pace, deciding which areas to explore for longer, helping to make the tour a personalised experience.
You can purchase an audio guide through your online ticket purchase, upon arrival at The Studio Tour or through the Game of Thrones Studio Tour app. This provides deeper insights to the tour as well as access exclusive content such as interviews with key creators from behind the scenes.
The average Studio Tour visit is between 2-3 hours, however it is up to you how long you wish to spend at The Studio Tour as the experience is self-guided. If, however, you decide to take a break and have lunch or a snack during your visit, you may want to plan for a longer visit. And of course, if you want to pick up a souvenir of your day, be sure to leave some extra time for the Studio Shop which offers an exciting range of exclusive merchandise.
Don’t forget if you have booked a Belfast or Dublin coach package you will have a set departure time. This can be found on your booking confirmation.
Game of Thrones Studio Tour gives children and young people of all ages and interests the chance to go behind the scenes of a world-famous TV production and explore the many skills required to bring a story to life. Children of all ages are welcome at Game of Thrones Studio Tour however children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The Studio Tour is a family friendly experience. All children should be kept under supervision at all times.
There are no height restrictions at The Studio Tour.
Yes, there are a range of photo and selfie opportunities at The Studio Tour, including some exciting ‘green screen’ locations to help ensure you have a dedicated photo/video memory of your visit. For that extra special highlight, guests can take their turn to sit on the throne at the centre of the story: the Iron Throne.
Guests are welcome to bring pushchairs and buggies into The Studio Tour.
We recommend you connect to The Studio Tour WiFi immediately upon arrival. This will enable you to access content such as the app and audio guide, as well as to order food in The Studio Café.
If you lose an item while at The Studio Tour, please inform a member of our Studio Tour Team who will happily help you to relocate your lost item(s). Should you realise you have lost an item after you have left The Studio Tour, please call our Visitor Services Team on: +44 28 40 464 777 who will check in Lost Property. All lost property is kept for one month.
Coats may be left at the cloakroom free of charge. Please note, items left here are done so at the owner’s own risk. Shopping, luggage and other personal belongings can be left in a locker space at the Visitor Services Desk in the Lobby, again at your own risk. All items should be reclaimed before departure. Items left behind will be placed in Lost Property and subject to the Lost Property process.

- Bicycles which aren’t folded, dismantled or wrapped
- Any pets, other than assistance dogs
- Any items which we deem unsafe or are not properly sealed/secured or perishable items
- Last collection for luggage is 30 minutes before closing time
PLEASE NOTE THE LUGGAGE AREA IS LOCKED AT CLOSING TIME
Trained assistance dogs are welcome at The Studio Tour and dog refreshment bowls can be provided on request. Unfortunately, no other pets or animals are permitted at or into The Studio Tour.
You can charge your phone in the Studio Café (subject to availability) and also in the Lobby.
Tickets
To ensure the best experience possible we can only allow a certain number of guests into The Studio Tour at a time. This means you will need to book your visit in advance. Because of the limited available slots, we highly recommend you book your preferred time and date early.
If you wish to change the date or time of your visit, please contact our Visitor Services Team. Alternative dates and times are subject to availability. A charge of £5.00 per booking will be applied on each occasion a booking is amended. When contacting our Visitor Services Team please have your booking details to hand.
If you cannot get tickets for the day or time that you would like we recommend you keep checking the website for any changes. We do not hold back additional tickets for sale over the phone or on the day. For available dates and time slots, please visit our ticket page.
Attached to your confirmation email are your tickets for The Studio Tour in PDF format. You can show these tickets for scanning on your smart phone or device. Please ensure that your battery is sufficiently charged, and the screen is at maximum brightness when presenting your ticket for scanning.
Please check your spam and junk mail folders firstly for your confirmation email, it may have been redirected there. If not, please contact our Visitor Services Team and the team will arrange to resend your confirmation email to you. We will need your name, email address and payment information in order to locate your booking, so please have these to hand when contacting us.
Payments & Currencies
We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International and JCB. Please see website at time of booking for full list of payment types.
We accept Euros as well as Sterling in The Studio Shop. We do not accept Cheques.
There is no ATM on site at Game of Thrones Studio Tour.
PLEASE NOTE: Game of Thrones Studio Tour Visitor Services building at The Boulevard, Banbridge, is card only.
There are ATMs located in the Boulevard retail park.

Dining at The Studio Tour
Like all cast and crew on location, everyone needs to take a break now and again. Our social distancing and hygiene measures are in place at both The Lobby Café and at our seated restaurant, The Studio Café which is located mid-way through the tour.

Only food and drink purchased at The Studio Tour can be consumed on site. Guests are permitted to bring their own reusable water bottles. Reusable bottles are also available to purchase at the Studio Shop.
